I just watched the news conference with the President and the Governor of New Jersey?

I saw the news conference too and yes it was refreshing to see 2 adults working together, even though they have different political views. Just goes to show that we can work together when we need to. It's called being Americans.

Well you have to understand the liberal mindset. To them everything has to involve a financial or political gain, or else it isn’t worth pursuing. For example, Black on Black crime doesn’t gain you any political or financial benefit, so they ignore it, while White on Black, White on Hispanic, or Hispanic on Black crime does. Thus when they thought Zimmerman was a White man (he identifies himself as non-White Hispanic) and killed Martin a Black, they thought it would benefit them, yet when thousands of Black men are killed in Chicago they are silent because they have nothing to gain by focusing on it.

So here when they see somebody like Gov Christie praise or credit somebody with a different view they just normally assume there has to be a financial or political advantage attached.
