Can't figure out a girl I like and what I should do? - Need Female insight?

I met a girl at my Church and been emailing her,since May, I do all the initiating. Tried to get her to hang out, go to a movie,she would say "sometime" later.Never went out. Asked one last time in the end of August, says she has alot going on. So I backed off a month, emailed end of Sept. I didn't say alot, or ask any questions,she wrote back saying she has started teaching at a daycare and other things. I wasn't sure she would write back,so I thought that was good.I also invited her to a Wed. night service we have at my Church,she showed up,to 3 of them,hugged me for the first time an the end of 2 of them.

Now from September to mid October she hasn't been a Church,been working I heard. She showed up last Sunday finally Oct 21. I said hi,gave a side hug. I went to sit with her in her hispanic service, a woman came up a gave hug to me an her. Then after a few minutes she went to sit with this lady. I wondered if she didn't want to sit with me or not. So this week I sent an email saying I was interested in her. That was Tuesday,havn't heard back from her. (yet)

she is an introvert,reserved,private person,I think she's around my age - 33 and she has situational
