..... because they placed into their state laws the exact same illegal alien ID requirements that have existed in federal law for the last 70 years.  Have a look at paragraph E

NOT THAT I AGREE, but from what I understand, Eric Holder isn't suing Arizona over their immigration law itself (since it's the same as the federal law) but they're suing Arizona because they're claiming that a state doesn't have the authority to enforce federal law!  So I guess what they're saying is if an AZ state trooper sees a bunch of illegals darting across the boarder, they're supposed to call and wait for the Border Patrol to show up.
