How to boot windows on an encrypted partition with linux os on a separate partition unencrypted.
I am Not sure how to keep windows 7 on an encrypted partition with truecrypt or bitlocker while still having some linux distro ubuntu or puppy whichever on an unencrypted partition or would the linux distro have to be on a separate drive altogether

If you partition the drive correctly, it is possible. You're still having to deal with the issue of selecting what to boot, though.
