Question

I'm a 22 yo guy.My bestfriend got in a secret relationship with my girlfriend (without physical relations). So they talked together for months, and only weekends they were seeing each others while I was with them hanging out, without realizing that it's happening... ! So my gf was rlly sry and she ended everything between them and wanted to get back with a new page and now she is very good with me.. but I still want to REVENGE from my "bestfriend". Quick summary of what this quote means- Cathy loved Heathcliff, in fact, they were soulmates. But instead of marrying him, she married another man, Heathcliffs rival. Why? For money. For power. But she was never happy, and in the end, it killed her. This quote is from Heathcliff about her.  There are so many powerful quotes in this book though. Here's another one-

& another-
