Rock and Pop: Doom metal vs. thrash metal?

Doom it has very good subgenres : Sludge,Stoner,Black,Death,and Funeral.

I like thrash metal better. Some doom metal is okay but I don;t particularly care for it most of the time.

Love them both, but I like more doom bands than thrash. However, the thrash bands I like I like more than most doom bands, if that makes sense. Meaning, there are more doom bands that I enjoy, but overall a great thrash band is my favorite- there are just fewer that I really dig.

3- Black Sabbath, but for newer bands probably Sahg

4- nothing ATM- I just turned off Kill 'Em All though.

i like both but would go with thrash out of the two. BQ- very much a yay. BQ2- so many and so hard but i'll go with Exodus. BQ3 Solitude Aeturnus. BQ4 still the same ones from earlier when you answered my question,LOL. the girlfriend came over so i turned the stereo off and when she left a little while ago i just started where i left off.
