How much money does vietnam earn from tourism?

See this does not actually mean to pay to state or govt. As a person comes for tour and he/she will spend some money. So that money will bring the foreign currency in the country the person visited.

With this Foreign exchange the govt can actually buy or import by paying the same money to the country from whom the goods are purchased. In this way govt will actually save the money on purchasing foreign currency.

For eg: A person from INDIA gone to USA for tour, for that he needs the foreign currency (US $) to spend there. So for that he needs to give the Indian Rupee to US Foreign exchange center or he can bring from India also by purchasing them at INDIAN Foreign exchange center.

So with this process US earns foreign currency, with this US can buy goods from INDIA with the INDIAN currency (Rupee). So here the charge has been saved as US does not need to buy foreign currency to buy goods from INDIA as they (US) already have the currency (Rupee).
