my gf keeps re-arranging to see me..last week she said she would go to judo with me then tonight when i text her she says shes going to a house party with her work friends and she asked if i was free tomorrow i said yes then she didt say anything else?????

She's obviously got 'something better' to do rather than stick to the plans she made with you. This isn't on ! Yes , she can go out with her mates on nights that she has free, but not once she says she's going with you. She'll do you no good in the long run, swap her for someone who respects you and values you.

IT could be a number of things. She could be selfish and just wanting to fulfill her needs. She could find other people more interesting than you. OR maybe she just not use to having a BF and dividing her time Between work,friends and you

She's just being disrespectful. It seems as though she always finds something better to do. I would talk to her about it and tell her how you feel.
