Need house cleaned up?

Today I was asked to feed an elderly ladies cats while she is recovering in hospital from a fall. She has a broken hip and is expected to return to her home in about a month. So I went to the house too feed the cats and as soon a I walked into her house I was reminded of the tv show "hoarders" on tv. Everything in that house was broken and old, papers and mail all over the floor and every item In the house was covered in Feces. There are cockroaches in the cat food container and her bed was covered with cat hair and urine.

I would hate to have her come back from the hospital to her house looking like this, but it is just too much to do for me alone. I know that on tv they have crews me in to sort out people's houses,

But financially that is not an option either. Now my question is anyone knows of volunteer groups who deal with clean up situations like this.

Please let me know, I got 1 month to make things better or this lady.
