To go back to Yahoo Classic Mail, one solution is to disable javascript.
The current version of Yahoo Mail can't work when javascript is disabled in the web
browser.
Doing this will have a message come up :
You need to have Javascript enabled in order to use the newest version of Yahoo!
Mail.
To return to a previous version of Yahoo! Mail...
•Just this one time, go to a previous version of Yahoo! Mail
•Return to a previous version of Yahoo! Mail
Choose the second option to go back.To enabled and disable javascript in all the
major web browsers, follow the instructions on this site for your browser :
If it's already enabled,un-tick to disable then click OK to finished. Then sign into Yahoo
Mail or refresh the browser once signed in.Once back in Yahoo Classic Mail follow those instructions again on the site to enable javascript.
Hope that helps you,Tidus

This might be more clear for you to understand reverting back to Classic Mail:
There is NO LINK that will take you back to Classic/Original Yahoo Mail. Here is a solution that DOES work and works very well. I have multiple Yahoo accounts and I have used this method with each of them with great success.....
There is a way that just involves a few mouse clicks. It sounds like you have the new Beta Mail (double yuck) and want to go back to the ORIGINAL Yahoo Mail. I have found a way to do just that. Described below is for Internet Explorer…..
Go to Tools/Internet Options/Security, go to "custom level”....scroll down to "Active Scripting". Click on “Disable”. Refresh the page while you are still signed into Yahoo Mail to switch back.
In Options, click “Permanent” to stay in the original version. Do not click the “One Time ” option. Voila! You now have Original Yahoo Mail back.
Be sure to go back in the same way and “Enable” Active Scripting again...(and NO it won't revert to the Beta versions of Yahoo Mail)
