Is there an android app that will shut my phone off at night and back on in the morning?

I'm new to android. My blackberry did this and it was great. Trying to get used to this android system.

    Generally if you have an alarm set and you turn off your phone it will turn on when it is time for the alarm.

    i never heard of an app like that but they should make that app
