I will not overclocking my CPU (yet) but I want to make more of The CPU life-time, so, which is the best CPU Cooler bellow $50??

is right, if your case is large enough, the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus or EVO are both very good and only cost $20-$35 depending if they are on sale or not

It depends on how much room you have in your case....(and if you are not overclocking the stock one that comes with the processor should be fine)

i would not overclock your cpu period there really is no need for it as you will just murder the chip
