2004 Pontiac Grand Prix tail light issues?

On Saturday "service parking lights" message appeared. I took my car to my local parts place. One of the employees and myself replaced all bulbs that were out. The message never disappeared though. After we checked and rechecked the bulbs and both saw all were working we figured it was a fluke of some sort and the light would eventually go out. mind you this was in daylight hours. Tonight while out someone yelled to me I dont have any tail lights. I get out the car and take a look and sure enough no lights in the back. So we test it when I hit my brakes, turn signal or car alarm my tail lights turn on with no problem. But no tail lights whatsoever. I dont believe its a fuse because after checking my owners manual tail lights dont have a fuse

Update:

Really? I so hope your right tomorrow im going to check the car. I just read through the owners manual. I didn't see a fuse for parking, or tail lights I just assumed there was none. So no I haven't replaced the fuse yet im hoping its just a fuse. I did double check how the bulbs were placed in, and all looks fine. The weird thing is like I said its not like the lights don't come on at all. The rear lights glow when I hit my brakes, turn on my signal, and car alarm. Im guessing the reason I didn't notice that it was a problem because I replaced the bulbs in the daytime when the tail lights wouldn't be on. It was only this evening while out I learned my light back there aren't on. I was terrified driving back on thinking someone would slam in the back of me. So I occasionally would tap my brakes so the lights would come on to alert others drivers I was there

Not sure what your owners manual shows but yes there is a fuse for the park lights. It is located in the IP fuse block labeled PK LAMPS & it is a red 10a fuse

Now when you were replacing these bulbs that were out, were any of them in the taillamp???? Reason I ask is some people when they replace those bulbs, they tend to shove the bulb in crooked & cause the metal contact to bend over & touch the other contact which will cause a direct short & blow the fuse. So if you replace the fuse, prior to replacing the fuse, turn on the lights & then replace it. If the fuse blows again, check the bulbs you replaced & make sure that isnt what happened

I have a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix with the auto lighting> the problem I am having is the parking lights stay on the only way to shut them off is to pull the fuse out. I just changed the turn signal switch and did not resolve the problem, not sure what to do to resolve this issue
