is there a drain hole on Noma 5200 air conditioner?
can I take off one of the caps on the bottom of the NOMA AIR CONDITIONER TO LET WATER OUT ... some seems to be coming in the inside of the window and this is annoying it is installed properly and should go out the back .... not the front...
there seems to be a few caps that I may be able to snap off the bottom are THOSE drain hole caps
it seems like there is NO DRAIN HOLE and this seems bloody stupid as its obvious water will build up in it somewhere and have to drain... what is with companies designing crap like this..

Make sure you have the correct slope according to the owners manual; you should be fine removing the little plugs in the outside pan to help drain it though. If your AC is a older unit that you've had for a year or two you might consider pulling the unit from the window and removing the outer shell so that you can clean the inside of it. It may have build up in the drain line between the indoor section and outdoor section. Consider cleaning the evaporator coil section; if it is dirty then you may be getting carry over of condensation off of the evaporator coil and it may not be draining into the condensate drain pan but instead into the base of the indoor section.
If you're looking for a quick fix to keep the unit in operation I would pull the plugs for now to see if that corrects the problem and then remove the unit from the window for cleaning on a cooler day when you may not need it.
