The age old question about hair.?
I know that if you are bleaching your hair blonde and it turns out orange you can use a purple toner to get rid of the brass colour. I've done that a million times. My question is what if i'm lifting out black to go to a lighter brown, and it turns out almost like a dark red. The brown I want to put on is lighter and I don't think it will cover the reddish tones. Is there a different kind of toner for darker pigments or should i just bleach it lighter?
