HELP.....I cannot open my mail......?

whenever i open my mail...
first it shows-

ON CLICKING EITHER "I ACCEPT" OR "NO THANKS".... IT AGAIN ASKS MY PASSWORD....AND THEN SAME APPEARS...AND THIS CYCLE KEEPS ON GOING...

AND SOMETIMES IT SHOWS...

It is possible that you have a bad cache file. Clear your history, temporary files (be patient)  & cookies, then restart the computer and retry. This  HELP link has instructions: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/settings/settings-15.html .
