When given multiple masses of a scoop of jelly beans, how do you find the mas of one jellybean?

So I was given the mass of ten different scoops of jellybeans which are 4.96, 8.68, 13.64,7.44, 21.08, 16.12, 9.92, 19.84, 6.20, and 12.40. The question asks for the mass of a single jellybean. How do I find it?

My textbook tells me how to find the average mass of the individual jellybean when given multiple masses of individual beans, but not this.

The greatest common factor is: 1.24 , so that is the maximum jellybean mass.

 4.96/1.24 = 4 jellybeans

 8.68/1.24 = 7 jellybeans

 13.64/1.24 = 11 jellybeans

 7.44/1.24 = 6 jellybeans

 21.08/1.24 = 17 jellybeans

 16.12/1.24 = 13 jellybeans

 9.92/1.24 = 8 jellybeans

 19.84/1.24 = 16 jellybeans

 6.20/1.24 = 5 jellybeans

 12.40/1.24 = 10 jellybeans
