Rooting Ivy from my sister's wedding bouquet?
My sister got married on Saturday and I am trying to root the Ivy from her bouquet. I am trying some in water and some in soil (3 cuttings in each). It is obviously very important that I get at least one to sprout roots so that she can keep it. Are there any pointers that you can give me to be sure that I get this to work?

It's best to root it in water. Change the water every day or two. When the roots are good and hairy, you can put it into potting soil in a pot. Ivy does very well for this.

I've never root Ivy but, I imagine you can just stick it in a glass of water and let it root that way. When you see little roots just plant it in some good potting soil in a small pot.
