4 houre stop over in Dubai, leave airport?
Im comin from Singapore to Dubai and after four hours to Hamburg, so can I leave the airport for a short trip through Dubai? (early in the morning, so streets wont be that crowded) Is that possible and or legal...? Ideas where I can check???

To leave the Airport is posible/legal as long as you belong to the nationals who are able to obtain a visa up on arrival. If it makes sense to leave the Airport for such a short time (around 1,5 hrs only, deducting time for leaving and getting back on the plane) - different question.
In case you need a pre arranged visa - not possible to leave. A delay of 8 hrs min is required to obtain a 96 hrs transit visa.
Just being curious: which Airline flies from Singapore to Dubai via Hamburg?
