how do you report a blocker who blocks you every time you answer their questions.?

One can block whoever they want for any reason and that is never a violation.

If you are sure that the question is a violation of community guidelines, it can still be reported even if you are blocked (and probably you should not answer these questions at all as your answer may also be a violation). Copy the URL from the "You cannot view.." page, then sign out of Yahoo! and paste that URL back into your browser. Now you can view the question and if you click the Report Abuse link you will be asked to sign in and then the report is sent.

Once someone has blocked you, the block stays for all questions or answers unless it is removed- it wasn't done for each question but for All of them ...

This is not something that can be reported. Users have the right to block as many other users as they choose - it is a personal right, and they need no reason for it either ...

There is no rule to report them for.

I know it's annoying. There's a site misuser who keeps whining in this very section about being reported, and blocks every answerer who advises him/her of the accurate reason why.

Personally I think it's a misuse of the system to use blocks to obfuscate tracking of misuse.

But Y!A doesn't view it that way, and there's nothing you can do unless they post something reportable.

Why not just let it go? Move on to another question

You are the one in the wrong here and you're close to harassing them. They have a right to block you; you can't report people for not liking your answers.

Blocking anyone is not a violation, ignore them move on to another question.
