The first matchup announced for Opportune Time is the rematch for the United States Championship between Abyss & Consequences Creed. JR - After successfully defending his title last week Tomko has been guaranteed by the board of directors that as long as he is the champion The Miz will never have another shot. Kennedy - This is absolutely pathetic, give it up Miz you lost and the board has banned you from wrestling Tomko until he loses the championship. Miz - His little sidekick is out here to defend him....again, the reason i am no longer a contender is because you screwed me out of my match last week! Miz - And it would have worked too until you stuck your nose where it does not belong. * Tomko comes out with the X-Division Title over his shoulder, he slowly walks down to the ring and kicks Kennedy in the face * Tomko - Miz, i have proven myself against you and i did not ask for Kennedy's help last week, but the fact is i am done with you, i suggest you move on because this pipe dream of yours is over. Tonight, i have a triple threat match with both of our managers from last week, which i personally requested, and Ted also wanted me to tell you that he booked you to open tonights show.

Holly - Haas we heard your conversation with Ted last week, you know we are fighting champions, so even though we are set to defend our titles against the n.W.o on the 29th, we are perfectly willing to take you and Benjamin on tonight. Haas - No, Benjamin is not my tag team partner tonight. I will let you figure out my partner when the time comes. Ted decided that i could have my match with you guys under that condition. JTG - I do not remember asking pretty boy, now i suggest you go tell your mystery partner what you just got him into.

DiBiase - Tonight's main event will be the first time the United States Champion has ever faced off against the World Champion, but tonight's match is going to be a little different. The United States Champion will team with his top challenger to take on the World Champion and his top challenger in an elimination tornado tag team match, where the loser will be defending his title next week.
