I want to lose 60 lbs? ?
Since I had my daughter a year ago, I've been struggling to keep motivated and lose the weight. I've finally found my motivation but I'm not sure what is healthy. How long would it take to lose 60 pounds the healthy way? I had a c section and now my stomach is kind flabby. Is there a good way to get rid of some of the extra flab or am I stuck with it? I just wanna do this the right way and keep it off. :)

Just eat healthy and maybe join a gym. Get a set schedule because it will help keep you motivated. To lose weight there is nothing better (in my opinion) than just sit ups and things of that sort, no machines required.

The target most experts set is to lose 8 pounds per month, so roughly 2 pounds per week. You may start off losing more and finish losing less than the target, but that is to be expected because you have less fat, are now smaller, etc.
