why wont android vnc server connect to the server when i click start?

Question

Everytime i try to connect to the server it says Cant connect to the server. It worked yesterday once then i woke up today and it wont even try. I tried reinstalling it, restarting my android, and i also sent out an error message to the developer and they have not gotten back to me yet so i came here. Please help me fast
