Should I take my samsung galaxy s2 out of charge?

I bought my new Samsung Galaxy S2 today & I was told to leave it on charge for 6 hours but in the 3rd hour it rang and says the battery is 100%. Should I take it out or leave it for 6 hours or even longer

you can take it out, they advise you to fully charge the phone, so the battery is calibrated correctly.

If it says its done, take it off the charger. Leaving the phone on the charger longer than need be will ruin your battery.
