Does anyone know who to contact to stop Ge Money from contacting you?

I've been getting harrassing automated calls for over a week now, for non payment of a bill on a card, I never used and the account is closed.

I haven't been able to reach anyone to send a 'cease and desist' letter too.

You'll have to get their mailing address and have them verify your account balance.  This may be a scam according to recent news posts.  Scammers have been contacting people to pay balances on debts that don't even exist.  Smart people won't fall for the scam.  But some victims get so upset they really think they owe the debt and a few will send money.

Careful with the cease and desist letter.  They will not be able to reach you and in turn sue you.  I've seen it happen time and time again.
You need to contact them.
If there was fraud on the account, you need to resolve this.
Do you have any idea who used the card?
You never disputed the charges when you got your credit card bill in the mail?
Be aware that 99% of ID theft is done by a parent of family member.
Report the ID theft, and this problem will be resolved.
If they sue you, then you have a huge monster to deal with.  A bigger problem.
Since they can go after your assets or garnish your wages.
Last thing you want to do is send that letter.  
Grab the bull by the horns and take care of this.
