are vampires endothermic?
Not talking about whether they exist or not, there's really no way to prove they don't exist. And only one way to truly prove that they do. So with their existing aside, would a vampire be endothermic (producing their own body heat).
It would make sense, they have a couple key characteristics... like cool skin and being nocturnal. So... would they be endothermic.
Also for those who don't know humans are exothermic, most reptiles are endothermic.
Southern idiot... vampires are not a Tv creation. They have been rooted in cultures across the world for many millennium. Last time I checked, Tv wasn't around that long you Moron. If your going to answer a question know something about the topic.

This is an interesting question... But if they are endothermic wouldn't they need sunlight to survive? Because other wise they would freeze to death/not be able to move.
... And since vampires can't go into the sunlight... Yeah. XD

No, or rather, they don't seem to. In fact, I've found that they often seem to be a constant several degrees cooler than their surrounding environs. Sometimes when I'm hunting vampires in the swamps of the east coast where there's a lot of natural camouflage, I use thermal imaging apparatus to search out 'eddies' in the background noise where a cooler-skinned vampire may be hiding. This helps level the playing field somewhat.
