Samsung Freeform QWERTY cel drops texts?

Often I'll hear the text tone on my Samsung, but when I check, there's no new message. I've asked people if they've sent me a message, and they've had to re-send. I thought it might be because of having too many stored messages, but it happens even after I clean my inbox. Does anyone know why it does that?

    I have your phone. I have never had this problem. Maybe it is a network problem and not a problem with your phone.
