Does this mean Ford models agency is interested?

It doesn't mean they have accepted you but it means that they see some potential in you but need to see even more pictures to be sure. If they like those pictures then the next step will be for them to invite you in to their office so they can see you in person, photograph you themselves and measure you. Then they will arrange a test shoot and based on how you photograph on the test shoot will decide whether or not to sign you

But it's a good sign - if they didn't think you had any potential they would not have responded at all. And if it doesn't work with Ford, then apply to other agencies. You should never just apply to one agency, always apply to as many as you can. And if two or more agencies want you, you are the one in the position to negotiate the commission they will take and what you can get them to pay for if they really want you - comp cards, portfolio shoots, etc

They usually won't reschedule photoshoots. Thats why most agencies require you to have good grades because you might be pulled out of school a couple of times. My friend had an agent and she had to miss a couple of classes some times. ♥

Send them more pictures and your measurements! Work from there
