I need help with Excel! How do you calculate the percentages?

How do you do this in Excel? Please I need to know it in order to do the others steps. Thank you very much!

In cell C7, enter a formula that will calculate the percent of Ice Cream Bars - Chocolate sales (in cell A:7) out of the total 2016 sales (in cell B:14). Make the reference to cell B14 an absolute reference. Change the format of the cell to percentage with no decimals, and then copy the formula down through cell C13.

This formula will do the trick:
=A7/$B$14 Format as a % and copy down the column as directed.
