I need to gain weight. Not muscle, weight.?
I NEEED to gain weight, as much of it as possible. I am skinny, and I dont want to be. I dont care about muscle right now (dont tell me how its better to have muscle, I know it is) and I just want to not be skinny. I am 16 weigh 125 lbs, and im 5'10. Im a boy. I know im in my growing spur right now and i have a high metabolism, but i want to weigh more. Id like to weigh 150 at least, or whatever. The faster the better. I have skinny legs and calves (super skinny). I DONT WANT TO BE SKINNY!!

Gaining weight fast is unhealthy no matter how you do it, so you might as well go all out
High sugar foods, okay sugar alone won't make you gain weight but it does
make the body crave more food then it really needs which will make gaining weigh easier in the long run.
Stay away from soups and other liquid meals, It takes longer to process these foods so you
stay full for longer.. not ideal for gaining weight
High carbs, even think about buying mass gainers with a high carb to protein ratio.
ok so its a liquid... a contradiction to point two but its an easy convienient way to
take in alot of carbs in a short amount of time. Do this in between meals as opposed
to a meal replacement. Ofcourse this should be prepared with full cream milk!
Low G.I is your enemy, stay away from rice, porridge, nuts and other foods with a low G.I
The cheap way
The Go Mad diet.. 1 gallon of milk a day, its for body building during the bulking phase
Its a clean..ish way of adding bulk, milk is high in carbs and protein and
an easy way of gaining weight. For your purpose use full cream!

Let's see eat mexican food everyday and you will be just like me regular lol... But in reality I would eat three meals a day n if u have money I would buy those protein milkshake things n make that in between every meal like 6 to gain muscle n fat n drink a whole bunch of soda

1) Lift heavy with lower reps and eat a ton of food. Good food though. 2) I wouldn't go to failure at first. All beginners should not. Once you start learning about your body and how it reacts to workouts, then you can decide if you should go to failure. 3) If you give them enough time to rest, then it's fine. If you are doing a body split instead of TBT (total body training), then you should have more recovery time. 4) Stretch before and after. Dynamic stretching (moving around) before lifting. Static stretching. Why? Static stretching reduces the stretch reflex when lifting, so you lift less weight.

Try eating 6 meals per day. and drinking juice or milk to meals.
eat lots of healthy fats -nuts.avocado. salmon. milk.olives. tofu. etc etc -
eat carbs -potatoes.pasta. rice . bread etc etc
and adding oil & butter. & cream to meals.
yogurt.milk.ice cream are all good to eat
eat plenty of protein as wel(chicken. fish. egg whites. tofu. soy beans. nuts. cottage cheese. cheese. milk etc
eating chocolate/crisps etc etc is good now and again if you need to gain weight. but not all the time.

yogurt + granola
fruit salad with yogurt and.muslie
milkshakes
smothies
Sandwiches
granola bars
flapjacks
mini home made pizzas
chocolate covered nuts/raisins
grilled cheese sandwiched
