Quin33 has the best answer so far. Most of these answers claim either that the crummy economy is all his fault, that he hasn't fulfilled his campaign promises to Save the World in Six Months, or that he is a racist Kenyan Muslim garble garble garble.

I believe that Obama has done a competent job. The clearest reasons for voting against him are ideological reasons. In general, liberal Democrats are more lenient on abortion, believe the government should intervene more with workplaces & the economy, and re-distribute money from the wealthy to the poor (which might or might not be an efficient method of helping them).

I'd not vote for Obama if the GOP gets a better and more qualified candidate. Romney leaves a lot to be desired. He's very secretive about his income and he hasn't came up with a believable or sensible economic plan. Let's hope the GOP comes up with a decent candidate.

many people think he is some phantom that has a secret agenda.but about the debt..majoirty of it stems from two wars and bush era tax cuts..dont forget Bush CUT revenue while EXPANDING the Executive Branch by 3x (tripled). if the republicans dont hold national security hostage again for taxes they will expire and the afghanistan war is coming to a close soon, and with the withdrawal of troops in iraq the president has put us on a good path to solving our debt issues

Why would I not vote for Obama? Because my mommy dropped me on my head when I was a child and I actually believe Romney when he says "nothing has improved." The fact that the stock market is almost doubled, unemployment is steadily declining and we have created more than three million jobs in the past year are facts and as a republican, I just don't accept facts.

Because Obama supports abortion, socialism, and spending taxpayers' money on everyone who is not paying taxes. He only cares about the democratic voting blocks who live off the government teat. He's not going to improve the economy. That would create tax payers who won't like seeing their hard earned money wasted and seeing their country go deeper and deeper into debt. I don't want future generations who want to work saddled with a tax debt that eats up such a large portion of their income.
