can your period get clogged?

Well, I was wondering because I haven't had my period in over a year... I went to see a doctor and they drew blood from me, but when the results came in they said my blood was fine and there was nothing wrong, I also had an ultra sound done. Well, just a few days ago, I masturbated(yes, with a toy) and I felt this pop like sensation. Afterwards i started to bleed, as if I were on my period... Note that this wasn't my first time, so I don't see how it could be my 'cherry'?

This seems like a gross topic and it's a bit embarrassing, but I wanted to see what the community knew.
