I have the paragard IUD and my periods are always late?

I had my son 10 months ago and I've had it for about 9 months and my periods have been late ever sense I had it put it. I hate it cuz it freaks me out. Right now I'm 3 days late. Does anybody else have this problem with the paragard?

    Maybe your cycle length just changed.... start counting from the first day of your last period to the last day before your new period starts.

    If your cycle is just longer then you technically are not late.
