Neopets question about main account and side account?

Unfortunately, you cannot profit from your side account. Such as playing games, advent calender items, or free item giveaways. You can use the account to store pets or join another guild. The limit is 5 accounts; 1 main, 4 side. You can get frozen for this, although info of this is spread out in neopets editorials.

As long as you are not directly making neopoints (restocking, auction sniping etc.) you will be fine. Side accounts are fine to be used as storage, for items or pets, and the only limitation is that you cannot use them to profit. So to answer your question, yes, what you are doing is perfectly fine!

If you get items due to a random event or something of that nature you can transfer it to your main account. You aren't allowed to do dailies on your side accounts except for free jelly and free omelette :)

Pretty sure you're allowed to. I've transferred hundreds of rare items from my side to main.
