My computer crashed and I had to reinstall Windows 7.?

I re downloaded iTunes but how do I transfer the music on my iPhone back into iTunes. I can't figure it out?

    In iTunes, log into your iTunes Store account, using the User Name and Password you used to buy everything in the first place.

    And then, click on the Purchases Tab and follow the prompts. The iTunes Store will automatically re-download all of your purchases to your computer.

    Then, to transfer files to your iPhone, connect it to your PC via USB, and Sync it.

    TIP: Any media files not obtained through iTunes must be transferred manually.
