Young adult book series? Can't remember the name?
Ok, this is an older series, maybe written in the 70s. Pretty long series – at least a dozen books, probably. Geared towards young adults, mostly younger teenage boys. I think the protagonists were brothers, and they were either the children or grandchildren of the President or Vice President.
It's a cross between mystery and adventure, with occasional supernatural elements. In the first book, their plane is shot down over Death Valley. In one book they meet the Yeti, in another there're UFOs.
I used to love these books, and I totally can't remember any of the names! Help!

i come across the Mortal contraptions sequence incredible. i might particularly advise it, there are 5 books presently released and a 6th one on the way as properly as a action picture. It incorporates various non secular mythology too that i come across surprisingly exciting even although i'm not non secular myself.
