It seems to me that God made it perfect, what part of perfect did humankind destroy?
When will it all be made new and perfect again?

The Bible does comment about when the start of everything was, which was in Genesis 1:1, and the world will one day be restored to the way it was before the Fall after The Final Judgement.

yes it does start at the beginning
in the beginning verse 1 of genesis chapter 1
it was made physically perfect
man corrupted it by his choice to sin against god
it won't be made perfect again
god will destroy the old earth and make a new earth with no seas
2 peter 3:13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
Isaiah 65:17
For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.
Isaiah 66:22
For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the LORD, so shall your seed and your name remain.
Revelation 21:1

It you want to believe that humankind is sinful and useless and make the world from paradise to crap, go ahead. I think that humankind is the most advanced species in this world and it has transformed this world. People used to live in caves and the life expectancy was 16. Now people live in houses with heating and have a life expectancy of 85.
