Is Thunderbird broken?
I have the latest thunderbird 9 but i have an issue. Evertime i open my client it goes to the page:
Check messages
write a new message
junk mail
NEWSGROUPS
manage subscription settings
junkmail
FEEDS
manage feeds
ACCOUNTS
view settings for this account
options
I have a pane on the left where all my email folders are suppose to be but they are not showing. If i click on check email nothing happens. I know my accounts are there because i can see it under account options. I tried unchecking the homepage option in preferences but it doesnt do anything. the only way i can see my email is if i do a clean reinstall every time or go to my different emails in my browser... any ideas what can be wrong?
um no i hate IE ive used FF for years... and the helpfiles wont load

Stop using it, all it's good for is Windows Updates, and switch to Firefox.
Then, open Thunderbird and read the Help Files.
