A question to atheists ?

Listen, Sweetie, if you want your opinions to go unchallenged don't put them out there where you know people will oppose them. If your faith is so fragile that any opposition to your opinions "crushes" your hope then quite clearly you are voicing an opinion that you have not thought out and most likely are merely regurgitating because you grew up hearing it. If you cannot defend your opinion why do you have it in the first place? Surely there must be some reason besides years spent sipping the koolaid. Finally it is my unfortunate destiny to inform you that almost everything that can be proven is able to be proven without eye-witness testimony. It's called evidence and cold-hard facts.

A question to you.

Why won't you Christians shut up about atheists? Have you never heard of acceptance? Why do you have to rub your beliefs in our face and say I can't love, or im evil? Why can't you get that there is no proof that god exists except for some book that might as well of been written by a mental person years ago who had no idea what their talking about? Why do you spend time being a hypocrite instead of living life to the fullest? Why do you think were bad people, finding hope and strength in ourselves, rather then looking up to something that happened years ago? Like you said, there's no proof. So why do you believe it?

That's not me thinking your stupid for believing in god. Are you anything like what I described? No? Well some people are. Am I anything like you described? No. But some people are. I don't believe in god, but I don't think people who do are wasting their lives. You believe in god, do you think atheists are evil and never going to do anything good? Then there's your problem. People divide everyone into either Christians, or atheists and are extremely stereotypical about it.

I have nothing against you believing in god, as long as you have nothing with people who don't. And for the immature people who do have a problem with you, don't let them bother you. People kill innocent people who don't believe in god. And you have a problem with people who state their opinion? Nobody, atheist or not should be a prick about someone believing in something different. But when they are, deal with it. It happens both ways

People like you make people like me, with a beliefe look bad. Trying to give people a reasonable question that begins with "Why are you such pricks". Im a pagan and I dont know what you believe in but stop with the hate.

Because religious beliefs don't exist in isolation. They have geopolitical consequences. These beliefs don’t exist merely on Sundays, when you get together to talk about God and the Bible.

Take for example a belief which you might think has minor consequences. Consider the Catholic belief that condom use is sinful. What are the possible consequences here? Well, we have millions of people, every year, dying of AIDS in sub-Saharan Africa alone, and Catholic ministers were literally preaching the sinfulness of condom use, in villages where the only information about condom use is the representation of the church

It seems to me that the time for respecting religious beliefs of this sort is long past.

Let me get this directly,you are asking questions of atheists and complaining once we reply? Would it slow now not be higher spent complaining approximately the devout now not answering whilst you ask questions of them? Religion is backwards. I suppose eighteen is your lot kind of

Punctuation is your friend

Beliefs lead to behavior. Why you believe is as important as what you believe. If you support believing things for bad reasons - like faith - you support the atrocities that follow from such beliefs.

I have no such beliefs. The last word in your question would make more sense if it was "Christian", now wouldn't it?
