how to open XP3 system in safe mode thathas extreamly recitricted account...even msconfig is not opening..help?

    When you switch on PC & see the message Please select the operating system to start, press F8.

    the display will give options for command prompt & safe mode, choose safe mode & then press ENTER.

    I guess you know, how to run windows in Safe mode.

    When it is booting, Keep Hitting F8 key .

    Then run in safe mode.

    turn off the system in safe mod.
