How do you filter out a voice in audacity?

I recorded a wav file of someone speech online in audacity and someone else had their mic open and said "oops my mic is open". how do i remove that person but keep the speaker?

If it's recorded in stereo and the bad mic was off-balance from the good mic, you might be able to phase invert and subtract the bad mic, kind of like vocal removers that remove the center channel. Or, you could paste clean patches over the bad mic sounds, but if the good mic is on also, won't work so well. There are advanced signal processing techniques that could remove it, and guys in my company could do it, but they have the budget of the Air Force. Bottom line, hard to get a turd out of a punch bowl.
