Where can I go camping in Northern VA (quite place)?

I am planing to go back country camping in the Northern Virginia area with a lake , in a quiet location, where the only noise I can hear are the squirrels and the owls, not people (I am not anti social, I just work in a packed people environment) If somebody could guide me where to go, and prices would be great, now If there are locations for free even better!!!!!!!!!!!!!

George Washington and Jefferson National Forests. Dispersed camping is free.
Hiking and fishing opportunities are abundant at Poor Farm Dispersed Recreation Area. Enjoy hiking trails that meander along the Jackson River, or break out that rod and reel as the trout stocked waters are popular amongst fly and traditional fishermen alike.
