Sound like a mid life crisis?

Question

My soon to be ex wife, of 21 years is 39 years old.  She recently told me that she wanted a separation, to "find herself", then six weeks later said "that's it, I want a divorce, no chance of reconciliation, end of story".  She's been doing things she's never expressed any interest in, like going to karaoke, and yesterday sent a bunch of drunk tweets from a bar at 3 in the afternoon.  

Does this sound like a mid-life crisis?

As a previous answer stated, she sounds like she's making up for the young years in her life she missed when she was married. She's going through her teenage years again, she probably wants to experience new men (Especially if she was a virgin when you got together) and is scared of being 40 and being half way through her life.
Just agree to it and move on yourself, show her that you don't give a ****.
