Do you mean with no credit limit? American Express is known for that, but the minimum payment is payment in full.

You probably can't get one without a credit history. And if you do get one you will have a "minimum payment" on your statment so no you don't have to pay the entire balance. What I did to establish credit was I got a small loan in my name and had my mother cosign, payed it off in like 6-9 months and I was eligable for a credit card.

Best cheapest way to establish credit is a secured bank loan pay off over 7 months and repeat until you can get an unsecured one. Getting a CC to start your file is stupid

Go to your bank,and since u dont have credit that will be the best place to start coz thy can offer u since u have accounts with them. Also there is a minimum amt to pay when u use the card
