Go out with him anyway, friend code is a load of bullshit anyway. Plus you might as well, never know what could happen. Worth the risk.

I can understand your hesitation to date a friends ex, but here is the bold truth: if she and him are over, and have been over, and she says she has no feelings for him, why should you punish yourself? he's free game, she didnt want him anymore.
