How to set my stellar coffee bean grinder?

I got one of these for Christmas but there were no instructions in the box. Has anyone got one of these and could help with the different settings on the grinding mechanism.

Update:

Yes it does have an adjustment mechanisim but no way apart from trial and error to know what works.
