Words to grace - not sure of name?

I attended a Lectio Divinia today and it finished with the group saying a Grace to one another. The vicar did say it had a name, a formula if you like, and everyone else knew it. As someone knew to the Church I would like to learn it and I was wondering if anyone had any idea what it could have been called?
