No they have been brainwashed into thinking that capitalism is Freedom and socialism is evil.

Look at Norway,Sweden,Denmark,Finland, The Netherlands. all very socialist.

yet they have the highest standard of living in the world. all have affordable education and affordable health care no one Living in poverty.and the lowest crime rate in the world, as well as the happiest people in the world.

With huge corporations buying politicians and getting government kickbacks and protection in return, we don't have a capitalist free market. We have a corrupt plutocracy where politicians and corporate leaders look out for each other at the expense of everyone else.
