According to Glenn Beck's made-up political spectrum, is communism right-wing?

on the economic spectrum both far-left (libertarian socialists) and far-right (libertarian capitalists) advocate no government, the difference being that far-left is for abolishment of private property while far-right views private property as holy.

on the political spectrum far-left is socialism, civil rights, equality, tolarance, internationalism etc and far-right is fascism, nationalism, segregation, racism, imperialism etc

Communism, Marxism, Socialism... What they all have in common is; first the leaders lie to the people to acquire power (you assume the lie is true). Once in power they put in place their original goal which is absolute power. All these are the ultimate in big government so are by definition the farthest of the far left. FACT. Simply look at Russia under Socialism, or better; China today. The State controls every aspect of the people's life, even to forcing women to have abortions right up to birth. People become machines. I give in evidence the video in China showing multiple people ignoring a toddler who was run over twice by vans. They walk around her as she lies bleeding and dying. I would argue we are well on our way there, as a couple days ago, people ignored a man dying of a heart attack as they rushed to grab "stuff" in a Target on Black Friday.

You should actually watch Glenn Beck, and not parrot what other people say about him.

Ironically, there is nothing in the U.S. Constitution that limits the State from owning means of production, providing everyone with a job, or creating workers councils and devolving power to them. This means, by being a moderate champion of constitutionally limited government, Glenn Beck is a communist.

That political spectrum precedes and is far more correct than the one we use now. Fascism was placed on the right because some dictators were vague on their agenda, causing confusion. When you think about it, nothing on the current political spectrum makes sense, as the opposite ends have everything in common.

The right, and libertarians in particular have been making that argument for the better part of a century. Economists like Ludwig Von Mises and Friedrich Hayek made the same point long before Beck "made it up". Sigh. Why are lefties always invoking theories that require time machines to work!?!?

Marxism was just one brand of socialism or communist. It existed before he did..see the French Revolution. Before Marx, Socialism/Radicalism included people like the Count Saint-Simon..you know, rich people like Engels!

Marx may have dreamed there would be no state, but he also said there would be no class, wages, etc. Marx was just as much a BS Utopian idiot dreamer as any other utopian madman of his era. For some strange reason, he was taken more seriously than other Utopians..like his admitted socialist influence, Charles Fourier...who said the aurora borealis would fall into the sea, and the boreal acids would turn the oceans into lemonade. So appealing to Marx's fanciful utopianism is no evidence of anything..he's just one brand of Coke, there's also Pepsi and RC Cola, numerous knock offs, etc.

People like Lenin said first you need a state to implement communism, but despite the lies, the state is never rescinded. We've never seen a long term anarcho-communist region/community(a large one, since I can't technically say "country")..it's for good reason. The Marxists are liars, and the pro-state leftists are more honest about the necessity of the state.

Anarcho-Commies said first we need a supermassive God state to beat everyone into submissions and molest the corporations...whereas Anarcho-Capitalists(Murray Rothbard) say "no, let's get rid of it now". It's easy to see who is more honest and consistent.

The only YAers I've seen seriously say Communism was Far Right are Lefties on YA. I've seen them say the USSR was Right wing, Fascist...that Stalin was Fascist...which is par for the course...the USSR said people like Lenin/Trotsky were right wing...so according to your own commie forebears, I suppose Lenin was Right wing. I hear lefties talk about how being rich or a corporation makes you right wing...or the media is right wing because they're corporate...and I recall that Engels inherited a factory, and used his wealth to escort Marx around Paris and meet elitist socialists of the day and write his anti-capitalist tracts(Engels must've had daddy issues..if we're invoking Time Machines now, can't we at least use one to get rid of these two dudes?)...Marx was paid by a wealthy man to write his books, which according to the corporate media angle, DOES make Marx right wing and a tool of the capitalists!

Limited government is a conservative idea and more government control is a progressive idea which is not to far removed from a marxist state. Hitler took over the Socialist Republic Of Germany and expanded his power by implementing Lenin's idea of government which true power can only be obtained though the barrel of a gun.

Communist fairy tales is not a communism.

Each and every practical implementation of communism (including the closest one in Pol Pot Cambodia where money were eliminated and cities and villages became the same) had a strong and powerful state crashing people left and right.
