im doing the quest "Discerning the Transmundane" and I need to collect the blood of a Wood Elf. Where can I find one to kill that wouldn't count as a murder?
I don't want to be going around killing civilians.

Silverdrift Lair has several that are already dead, as does Duskglow Crevice
